Our basketball training consists of game-like situations. Unlike most training organizations, we make 90% of drills game-based. We don't focus on simple developmental drills because we feel that an athlete can reach their full potential at a faster pace by doing drills that simulate a game. Our training consists of individual workouts, group workouts, and team workouts. Our biggest emphasis is teaching athletes how to handle and score the basketball. In addition to ball handling and scoring we also focus on other aspects of the game: defense, footwork, passing, rebounding, basketball IQ, running the floor, and any skill associated with basketball.
